Communications Committee

This committee is very busy preparing flyers new directories and maintaining this website. We have some great new members and are always looking for more. So if you have an article idea, editorial, or just an interest in getting out reliable information—we want to hear from you! Please contact us at communications@traceside.com.

Traceside Website

The website is one of Traceside's primary communication tools to residents outside of direct mailings and flyers. Residents are encouraged to check regularly for new content. Suggestions for improving the website are also welcome and may be sent directly to fayecombs@comcast.net.

Email Group
Starting in January 2004, Traceside established a private email group for residents to join. This email group would facilitate timely communication with residents. The group, open only to Traceside residents, may be joined by going to http://groups.yahoo.com/group/traceside and filling out the appropriate information. Once a member of the group, you may send emails to the group at traceside@yahoogroups.com. Your email will automatically be distributed to the other residents of Traceside. The group may be used to exchange information, make announcements, and ask questions of other Traceside residents. Please refrain from commercial solicitations or 'spam' type messages. The group moderator reserves the right to remove any member abusing the service.

Newsletters
The Traceside Talk was a tri-annual newsletter published and distributed to residents. Given the increased usage of electronic medium, the Communications Committee made a decision to cease publication of the printed newsletter and instead direct all content directly to this website.
