Property Management

The Homeowners Association retains Morris Property Management, Inc. to oversee the day-to-day operations of the neighborhood. This includes collection of association dues, management of finances, interfacing with contractors, and acting as a central contact for neighborhood residents.

Covenants


Covenants - Amendment 1

Designed to keep the neighborhood enjoyable for everyone and property values high, the covenants describe what a homeowner may and may not do on their own properties. The Covenants Committee ensures that all covenant issues are enforced and assists the Board of Directors in reviewing all Architectural Control Committee applications.


Forms:

ACC Request Form

- To apply for architectural modifications to your property             (decks, landscaping, etc.)

ACC Common Area Planting Request Form

- To request permission for adding plantings to the common area.



Traceside Committees


Communications

The Communications Committee provides Traceside the information concerning events, meetings, and important homeowner information. 

Finance

Finance Committee members assist the Board of Directors in preparing the annual budget, reviewing financial reports, and monitoring finances of the association.

Neighborhood Watch

The Neighborhood Watch Committee focuses its attention on the safety of our neighborhood.

Social

The Social Committee is the heart of the activities for the Traceside neighborhood.

Yard of the Month

One of our Association’s goals is to enhance the natural beauty of Traceside’s properties and its environment.  Members select one yard each month, March through December, that deserve recognition. Winners are awarded a $50 gift certificate to Home Depot.
