What's Hot	What's Not
Well manicured lawns	Overgrown grass
Well behaved children enjoying the pool	Children rough-housing at the pool
People walking their dogs on their leashes	People allowing their dogs to roam free without restraint
Nice clean sidewalks	Dog poop on the sidewalks
Relaxing in a beautiful Traceside home after a long day at work	Being kept awake all night by a barking dog
Friendly neighbors	Unfriendly neighbors
Beautiful landscaping	Dead bushes
The Traceside Yahoo email group used in a resourceful and reasonable manner	The Traceside Yahoo email group used in an unproductive and unreasonable manner
Seasonal decorations removed from the yards and houses in a timely manner	Christmas tree lights still up in February
Being respectful of your neighbors and their rights to use the pool.  All of us pay the same dues to have access to the pool area.	People saving lounge chairs around the pool for groups of friends @ 9:00 am and not coming back out to the pool until 10:30 or later to use them.
